Why is my screen flashing when on websites

Everytime I get on a website(for example ,chewy.com) my screen will flash white than go back to normal over and over again. It flashes very quickly and I can't even read what is on the website I'm trying to visit. I know it's not just my tablet because my old one I sold did the same thing.
