Why is touch unresponsive?
I just powered it on after a long time of no usage, and it worked! Except for the touch digitizer I couldn't do anything except turn it on! Anyone have a solution?

you could try a hard reset first and see if that will help. If it does not, you most likely have a bad digitizer. To replace that use this guide DigiLand DL801W Ekran Değişimi to get to it.
