How do I fix my Kyocera Verve S3150 phone that has a white screen?
My Kyocera Verve S3150 phone is stuck on a white screen. I can call people's number who I know by heart but I can't see the screen what so ever because it is white. I can't see who is calling me or texting me, I literally cannot see anything. Out of nowhere my phone did this, how do I fix this problem?

Hi @nadoll ,
Try turning off the phone and then removing the battery for a minute or so.
Replace the battery and turn on the phone and check what the display is like.
