My tablet is stuck on with app open

I just got this Dragon Touch X10 and is stuck with app open Will not turn off Will not respond to touch…I have not dropped or harmed it in anyway I was just using it and it stopped

Got it!! Have to hold down volume and Power Button down for long time to reboot
