Epson XP 620 - Print Job Cannot Be Sent - Printer In Error Status

Hello,

I just used my printer 2 days ago. I go to use it today and it wont print. The print box comes up after I click - print - Then a message comes that - print job cannot be sent. I looked in the Control Panel - the printer’s status is - error.

I powered off my laptop and printer - reset my router - came back and tried again - same thing, I then removed the ink - powered off the printer - put the ink back in - powered it back on - Still wont print. I changed the black ink - only had a little in it - still no help.

The document sent to printer is in queue saying - error printing. The wifi icon on the printer shows its connected .... I dont know what to try next.

When I used it 2 days ago - it was fine.
