Missing text in Silk browser

About one in three of the pages I load in Silk comes up with part or all of the text missing, ie part of a letter, all of a letter, a whole line etc. It seems totally random. Sometimes it loads fully after a few seconds, sometimes it will all appear if I back arrow then reload the page. Amazon seem mystified and have not yet come up with an answer.
