2 Why does my tablet turn off automatically when I try to wipe it clean?
I have made several attempts to wipe my nextel tablet clean so that I can start over with it. Every time I get to the final screen in back up and reset and choose to erase all data from my tablet, it shuts down automatically. Please advise.
