Laptop will not start
When I pick the start button in my Dell Inspiron 15R laptop it beeps like it's going to start but the I hear the fan stop running and one quick beep and it's off. Even when it does come one the start up never comes and the screen remains blank

What is the full model number of your laptop?
Are you trying to start it just on the battery only or does this happen when you have the charger connected and switched on as well?
Does the laptop's battery charge light come on when you just connect the charger to the laptop, without turning on the laptop?
