Xbox One controller was introduced in 2016 with the launch of the Xbox One S and adds Bluetooth support for Windows 10/11. This controller fixes many of the design flaws found on the Model 1537/1697 controllers and is much more reliable. This controller has been replaced with the improved Model 1914 controller.

Right stick has reduced y axis sensitivity

Im not sure what could be causing this, but I noticed it in R6 when trying to aim up, it seemed way slower than it used to be, I brushed it off as nothing, but when using a test program on pc, my y axis only has 65-70% of its ‘sensitivity’ when moviving the stick up, and 60% when moving it down. Obviously this is what caused my issue with sensitivity. With the way the sticks are made, could this be fixed? Is it a bit of dirt in the mechanism? Anyone got any experience with an issue like this on a controller stick?

I would just replace the stick you can pick them up pretty cheap. It will require soldering. Also it's hard to find a shop that will do the job cheaper than what you can get a new controller for. Most shops base price is $40-$50
