Sound volume is very low
My iPod Classic 120GB that I purchased new in Nov 2008 has lost it's volume. I have reset the iPod and adjusted the volume level under settings, without results.

Hi,
if it is the same when you play a sound via the dock connector, its most likely that the logic board is damaged. If the sound is normal via the dock connector, the headphone/lock-unlock cable is damaged.
