93 Honda Accord has no dash lights and no tail lights

Oh my Honda Accord 93 Honda Accord has no dash lights and no tail lights I've checked all the fuses and I just had a radio in it that I took out because it stopped working and I plug my old one in and it's working just fine however I still have no dash lights or no tail lights and all the fuses are good I'm confused I'm a female single and alone trying to figure this out can anyone help me please
