How I do remove PIN lock on mac

Hi guys, hope everything is doing great

Well, I have a MacBook Pro Early 2011 with a pin lock,

I was trying to remove it by removing the HDD and re-install the OS on an other one, but after a couple time it just re-locks.

If someone has a clue, could it share it please!
