I am not able to transfer data and photo from my mobile (Moto Z2 play)

Actually the origin cable is damaged and when I use an other data cable , it dose not work,

whereas the same new data cable successfully transfer data with other mobile.

I think you can try wifi connecting to transfer data and photo from your mobile (Moto Z2 play). You just need an Android mobile manager tool.
