Stuck! Car still won’t turn over after new fuel pump and power checks

Hi. I have a 2000 Honda Civic. One day I drove the car about 140 miles then get home fine and went to turn on car about an hour later and it wouldn’t turn over. Used starter fluid and car wanted to start when sprayed. Replaced the fuel pump with a new car quest pump but still didn’t work. Checked the grounds around the engine. Checked power to pump relay which was good and it clicks. Checked power to the fuel pump which was good. Replaced fuses for ignition coil and a few others. Still same thing it doesn’t want to turn over. It cranks but nothing more! Any help I’m stuck??

Combustion engine need air, fuel and a spark to turn over. If using starter fluid almost gets the engine to run then it seems a problem with fuel flow. Since you replaced the fuel pump then check the fuel filter as well as the fuel line for obstructions.
