Why wont my tv turn down
there is nothing wrong with the tv it is brand new

Aiden Stimac since it is brand new the only thing you want to check is your power board. Make sure it is all connected properly and that you have power to the outlet. If all that is okay you want to contact the seller and get it replaced.

Hi,
What do you mean by " won't ..... turn down" and then say that there is nothing wrong with the TV?
Do you mean that you can't reduce the volume, lower some other setting or control, turn off the TV or is it something else not related to the TV?
Are you trying to do this, (whatever it is) using the remote control unit or by using the controls on the TV (if applicable) or both and it doesn't work?
What is the model number of the TV?
You have selected a Sanyo dp50747 which is a fairly old model. I'm surprised that it is still available as a "new" TV, or is it just new to you?
