My home buttons dont work
How can i fix it or bypass it

You should try to Map another button as an Home. What I’ve found is Button Mapper: Remap your keys app on store (but you should search deeply).
As a bypass you should also think about replacing it if it was damaged. If you are certain that button should be fine then try to boot your phone in Safe Mode (Google That) or manage a full wipe of your system in order to exclude software posibilities.
