A loud voice is heard each time I use a remote command
Each time I use the remote I hear a loud voice from the speakers that states the command I just used.

I found out how to stop it. It is called "audio guidance". Go to Settings/Accessibility

@petergerrand double check your model number. I do not have anything about a Samsung by that model number.
