@vickolas vickolas the ball stud on the shift lever looks okay. Looks like you need a new ball joint on that cable. Since we do not have enough information you would have to have your exact model year etc. and check with your local shop.
Pre 2004
2004 and up Precendent it’s most likely that you will need a new shift cable. For the 2004/2005 Precedent the Club Car part number is 102516001
