How do I put new games on my iPod?

I recently got and iPod nano 5, and am wondering how I can put new game on it. I found thins link to a discussion

but the suggestions don’t work and based on other articles i’m guessing the the instructions are for a windows computer. we have an iMac running Mac OS X El Capitan. I also found a bunch of game archives on line here:

I tried a few different thing but could not get the new games to show up on my iPod.

Does anyone have any ideas on how I can get it to work?

Unfortunately there is currently no way to do this if you do not own the iPod Games on your iPod Nano. However, if you happen to own an iPod Video, you can install them on that.

The iTunes app discontinued uploading Games to the iPod Nano a couple years ago, and to upload the game via RockBox, the game has to have previously been cracked.

The games in the second link have been cracked according to the thread that I mentioned, but is there a way to load a game an my iPod without loading different firmware on it?
