The volume is turning down by itself

My wonderboom is turning itself down. This issue has gone on for a while. But after all the times it did it it would stop after a while. Right now it has not stopped. I have taken it apart, removed the shroud and looked to see what couldve happened. but there was no trace. It also sometimes doesnt turn off.
