Xbox one blue-ray disc drive issue.

Hello, my drive wont read most of my disc's except Halo MCC, so i thought this is a laser issue, long story short i replaced the laser, but the problem escalated: none of the discs work anymore.

I noticed that the discs wont spin up, but i can't find information about hoe this supposed to work?

So my questions:

After i load in a disc the drive must to spin it up immediately no matter what else maybe wrong?

Can this my fault during something wrong in the process, or it is a disc spinning motor failure?

What other methods should i try (already tried to put back the original laser, but still no luck not even with the one disc which worked previously)?

Please keep in mind the laser can position itself and his motor connected to the disc spinning motor because of this fact i don't think the motor ribbon cable is the cause, of course i can be wrong however i already tried to reconnect the ribbon cables.
