- Does it power on?
- Does it connect to a computer?
- Does the display turn on?
- Will it charge?

First,
DO NOT TURN IT ON!!
Then, leave it in a bag of uncooked rice for a day
Then, see if it turns on,
If not, open it up and check for residue
Then, try replacing the Battery,
If it still doesn't work, it's probably the logic board, in which case you're unfortunately screwed.
