Something wrong with the yellow ink cartridge
When i put in the yellow ink cartridge it says it doesnt recognized the other 3 cartridges but if there is no yellow cartridge then it recognizes the others fine.

So it looks like its just not recognizing the black, cyan and magenta

@ELI CALDERON I guess my RIMRD (Remote Internet Mind Reading Device) is malfunctioning then. Will have to post a question Ifixit to repair it I guess. ;-)
