Are you having trouble with something specific? Installing the ssd is straightforward.
You generally use software to clone the hard drive. Sandisk for example has software that does this for you. If you hook up the new hard drive externally with an adapter,and use the software,it will clone the internal hard drive to the hard drive you have hooked up. Then you can simply swap them. It should “just work”.
