1 Blank Screen when turned on
when I press the on button sometimes it boots up and other times you’ll get a
blank screen when booting up.. Can anyone help me with this problem. The OS is windows 10 upgrade from windows 7

When you on... do you mean blank screen e.g. blinking cursor?
does POST complete? e.g. HP logo shows ... then blank screen...
consider checking your hard disk first.
if having important data, backup them.
