Is the insole too long in front, which first must be dot-dot-dot

I just bought these shoes used because this brand in a 10 M fits me without trying it on first. Also for financial reasons it was cheap.

Is the toe leather torn partly because the insole was just a little long putting pressure from inside on the toe? Obviously they scuffed the toe which caused it to tear through, but, to repair this toe, do I need to first remove the insole and shave a little off the toe?

2: what would be the cheapest, then easiest way to repair this tear once I do shave the toe of the insole if it needs to be done?

Thank you in advance for your help!

THIS IS A PICTURE OF THE TORN TOE THAT NEEDS TO BE REPAIRED. DOESN'T THE INSOLE LOOK LIKE IT IS SLIGHTLY LONG AND CONTRIBUTED TO THE TEAR?

What country do you live in friend where they do shoe repairs? When you say you bought it because its cheap, this is what happens with cheap shoes. I will also admit I buy on the cheap but I am also 100% sure they will not last for 1 year so I can afford to buy a $7 pair of good looking shoes every year. I bought a pair of $60 and they did not last for 18 months so cheap is all I get and throw them away every year.

Your picture does not look like a tear, it looks like a damage from rubbing your shoe on something probably by accident.
