Like say I'm playing a game that has running in it like call of duty or pubg. when I am running my person stops then goes then stops then it will go like 10 steps then do it again. It also does this with driving games too.

it’s because you don’t have enough RAM. The PUBG Mobile requires > 2GB RAM and as I think, a lot of gaming simulators or RPGs requires > 2 GB RAM.
Your device is having 1,5GB RAM
