Creative aurvana gold Frame replacement

My headphone snap into two pieces when I was about to wear it. The manufacturer quoted $200 for replacement. I wonder if there is any compatible plastic frame to replace the headband. The parts on ebay seems only cover common brand.

I learnt that headphone with plastic headband is not so realible after 1yr, and difficult to find parts for unknown brand.
