3 loading dots bottom right hand side

Hey, my amazon stick will not load. I have turned it on and off but nothing happens. The screen comes up grey with 3 loading dots on the bottom right hand side of screen. I am able to press home and setting but then that screen will not load and the 3 dots appear again.
