What can I do to replace my motherboard?

I have an Acer R11 chromebook that is broken. The problem lies with the motherboard, which is beyond repair. It was scratched with a screwdriver, and will no longer operate. I have the tools to repair the motherboard, but I do not have the motherboard itself: it’s been out of stock since the beginning of the year. I’ve been on the notify list since then, and have recieved no emails about it ever being in stock. What can I do to find a replacement part?

Are some traces broken. You could carefully draw them with a pen or reconnect and solder. Post an image here? so experts can see and help!!!

Depending on your country search in eBay or local market place for another Acer R11 (with display broken or other problems). Replace!
