Yison CX-330 left earbud became low after cleaning

Hi,

I have a Yison CX-330 earbuds bought last month, it was smooth and the voice was loud and clean.

However the ear wax covered it, so I decided to clean it. I’ve removed the rubber part on each earbud and cleaned both buds using a soft tissue. I was careful and didn’t press hardly on any of the two buds.

After that I plugged in my earbuds and I was expecting it to be as loud as the first day I bought the earbuds.. but the left earbud’s voice became low (even lower than before cleaning the earbuds directly).

I don’t know what I did wrong, but I want both earbuds to be loud like how they were.

Any help would be appreciated.
