iPod Classic What is this part and where can I buy it?

I have a old iPod Classic 5th gen that my girlfriend had laying around. She told me she couldn’t get it to turn on. So I got a new battery and installed it. But still wouldn’t turn on. After a couple days I went back to it to give it a look over. Found a burnt SMD but I couldn’t identify it at all.

Here it is all burnt up.

I haven’t been able to find the specific schematic you were looking for, but from what I could find with other people looking for schematics many people are recommending gsmhosting.com. From what I can tell its basically a board repair forum so I would recommend you make a post on there and see what people can dig up.

Good luck!

@Benny Blonko I saw they didn't have a specific iPod section but they do seem to have an iPod/iPad/Apple TV section: http://forum.gsmhosting.com/vbb/f851/

I'd throw a post up on there. It's worth a shot.
