phone not turning on, screen is stuck on the 4 line light color moving

Hi so my phone got frozen on the android one screen, I used mi flash but an error occurred. Then I did a factory reset, reboot everything and now the screen is stuck on color light line moving. After that, it’s not turning on. Pleaseee help
