Blue light comes on, speaker pops and turns off.

So I bought a 3ds and a 2ds the 2ds when turned on blue light comes up after a second speaker pops and then turns off, I have already tried to remove wifi adapter and putting it back in place as I read somewhere else but still the same issue, any help?
