Click wheel only works for a few seconds after a click

Hi,

My click wheel is responding normally but only after clicking on a button, and will stop working after I removed my finger and wait like 1 second. After that, the only way to start scrolling again, is to click on any of the 4 buttons. Which is not practical since these buttons have specific actions you don’t want to trigger while navigating :)
