Brother MFC-J430W can’t Pick up paper

My brother MFC-J430W can’t pick up the paper from tray. Sometimes it functions as normal. But most the time show that no paper fed and the picking paper roller are not rolling. I wonder there is roller problem or sensor problem?

the roller looks clean because I send it for service before.
