No audio on network calls

I have a problem with an iPhone XS, there is no audio on a network call from either loudspeaker or the earpiece speaker but it does work on calls from WhatsApp and Facebook messenger. I have tried updating the phone and resetting network settings but it has made no difference. Any ideas?
