Huawei P30 Lite : My recordings sound muffled after update.

I have a Huawei P30 Lite, and ever since I updated it to the most recent update, my voice has been muffled and in bad quality when I take videos, record audios on the recorder app, and even on the screen recording mic thing, I can't even hear anything even if I have the mic on. And no, it's not the matter of the mic being dirty or whatever, the audio was crystal clear until I updated it.
