My Mac is acting Weird and randomly crashing

So my mac has been acting weird for few days now and these days its become worse. I sometimes if I leave it in sleep and when i come back after few hours, either it crashes or sometimes comes up with a folder with a question mark. If I startup normally, everything works normally while im using it, but if I leave it in sleep sometimes it crashes and shows me this error below:

Anyone know what those errors mean and how to fix it?
