Can I upgarde the logic board from 2 Ghz to 2,4 Ghz?

Hi all,

I own a 2Ghz Core 2Duo Macbook Unibody A1278 and I was thinking of upgrading the CPU with 2,4 version of the same model .

As I know that I cannot swap only the CPU I wanted to ask if the two versions of the logic board (2 and 2,4 Ghz) are interchangeable at all? If yes do I need to buy also a new fan for the 2,4 Ghz?

What else do I need to replace?
