I have a ps3 super slim that will not connect to any controllers over wireless, I know they do work with other systems so I believe it has something to do with the Bluetooth and WiFi antenna but I don’t know enough to try to fix it without any outside help.

If i remember correct you need to connect them with the USB cord the first time to sync/bridge them with the console

I’ve tried that, it works until I try to unplug and then it immediately disconnects until it’s plugged back in, thanks though
Have you checked the settings so there's no nothing wifi related turned off? Also a good time too check if you can connect to internet without cable. But I doubt that has anything to do with controllers. Could also do factory reset see if anything changes, to rule out problems with OS.
