Help Touch not working
I had the screen replaced and it’s still not working. What could be the issue?

Will be a logic board issue than. There is not much you can do besides checking the LCD connector is seated properly. Other than you will have to have it diagnosed by a repair shop or if it is under warranty take it back.

So the phone is booting but there is no image?

No. The issue is it doesn’t recognize I am touching the screen. Both the volume and the power button work. Sprint put a new LCD screen but didn’t fix the issue. @imicrosoldering

Do you know how I can transfer all my data to my Mac or another phone? My phone wasn’t backed up before the screen stopped working @imicrosoldering
