Can someone help me to identify the missing part on the motherboard?

While I was repairing my phone I misplaced a part from the motherboard and don't know the use of it. So can someone please help me to understand more about that part and what it is used for? And would be there be any problem in the future if I don't replace that part? Thanks in advance..
