ASUS ROG GL553VW not turning on with battery intact.

I could not select the correct device because its not available on the list. My laptop is not booting up after the shutdown. The issue is pretty weird; when I remove the battery and boot it up with AC adapter only, it works fine.

Test Cases I ran:

1. With Battery, not working at all.
2. With AC adapter and Battery both attached, don’t work at all.
3. With only AC adapter and battery removed, works fine.

I’ve changed the charging IC and the laptop is detecting the battery but still not booting up with battery intact.

Any help would be appreciated.
