Kenmore Elite 795.72483.411 that is not getting cold
I have a Kenmore Elite Bottom Freezer Refrigerator model # 795.72483.411 that is not getting cold. The condenser is running. One of the fans is coming on, the other fans are not. What could be the issue. Only had the refrigerator for about a year.

What is not cooling the fridge, the freezer or both?
Which fan is running? The evaporator fan, the condenser fan or both?
The evap fan will not run with the doors open -don't want to blow cold air out the door - so you'll have to listen for it running. Close and open door and listen if you can hear it start / stop with door close / open.
Check the purchase date of the refrigerator. If it is less than 12 months it is still covered by the manufacturer's warranty so call the manufacturer's customer service line.
