Earspeaker and mic not working on calls but works on voice memos

Hi I recently done a screen replacement and on calls the microphone and ear speakers doesn’t work although when using Voice memo it does work also when i use the app TestM when the earspeaker test is done it works, just not on calls

any help would be helpful

for the ear speaker issue you most likely damaged the flex for the ear speaker/ prox / face id

I don’t think so because it works on the testing app but not calls, if I damaged the flex cable it wouldn’t work on both right ?

are you at all able to send a picture of the device if its still opened up if its not opened up then dont worry abou it ill have to figure it out
