Lower voltage problem in MagSafe 2
Hello, I have a MagSafe 2 (45W) charger that is not working, apparently there was a short circuit (the wires broke), I fixed the wires, and measuring with a tester the output is 0.6V, when it should be 3V according to the documentation. Can you give me some idea of what the problem might be?

Apparently the voltage is "normal", I plug it into a macbook air and charge it normally.
