How to clean battery terminals

Nintendo Game Boy Advance, released in 2001. Repair requires only common tools and no heat.

GBA not turning on at all. I suspect the battery terminals are too corroded.

Any tips for easy cleaning/replacement?

White vinegar will clean the terminals. Brush it on liberally, and the corrosion will dissolve.
