What to do when my iPhone 6 is frozen on the apple logo?

i have a iphone 6 or 6s that was water damaged but it turns on but when it turns on it is frozen on the apple logo and each time i try to fix it. It would’nt go to a diffrent page if i hold the home button/power button it flashes the apple logo and i really need help i dont wanna have to trash a perfectly none cracked screen
