cannot boot past reboot screen

I wiped and rebooted my tablet, but al it does is go back to the reboot screen. Help??

How did you wipe it? Did you reinstall android?

I followed the directions for a factory reset. I do not know how to reinstall android. Suggestions would be appreciated
